Bio

Christy Runde is a Pacific Northwest native but has also lived in Florida, Illinois and California. She is a competitive distance runner who holds records in Florida for ultra marathon’s and has been nationally ranked as a women’s marathon runner. She has been sponsored Runner with Fit Right Northwest and also runs on the Hood-to-Coast “Hot Tamale’s” team. Christy has won the Napa Valley marathon and has posted a personal best time of 2:51.34 at the California Women’s International marathon.

Christy has worked as a facilities manager for the City of Camas, Washington, a Network Administrator for Apple Computer in Cupertino, CA and is now a licensed massage therapist supporting the Vancouver, Portland metro area.

She has been happily married for 15 years to Neil Runde, they have four wonderful children, and they live northwest of Vancouver Washington in
